REFUNDS, Absences and Reschedule
Lift & rental tickets sales are final and non-refundable. A lift ticket is only good for day scheduled.

If a situation arises that you cannot use your lift ticket on the scheduled day, please contact HSSKI with at least 24-hours notice to reschedule. You may not reschedule a ticket day-of or after the scheduled day has passed. Unused tickets will be forfeited. Valid for this HSSKI winter season only.

There is no refunds due to weather.

All lessons are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, Multiweeks, Group Lessons, and Single Day Lessons.

* If you choose not to participate in a lesson that is made available to you, you forfeit the purchase.
* In the event that HSSKI cancels a pre-scheduled lesson, we will reschedule or refund (less 5%) on a case-by-case basis.
* For our multiweek participants who miss a class, we offer a single make-up day later in the season (option not available for remainder of season due to day change). There is no refund for the missed class or classes.
